Coach, Player, GatorGirl, and Mascot Appearances
Looking for a great way to draw attention to a special event? Let the IceGators help! Book the IceGators to attend your organization's party or celebration to make sure that your next event is a hit! Ranging from birthday parties to store openings, the IceGators do it all. Simply fill out and turn in the IceGators Appearance Request Form four weeks prior to the event. An IceGators staff member will contact you shortly. You may turn in the Appearance Request Form by emailing it to icegators@icegators.com, by faxing it to the IceGators' Office (337-704-9032), or by dropping it off at the IceGators office at 2448 Johnston Street, Suite A, Lafayette, LA 70506.

Non-Profit Promotions
The Louisiana IceGators pride themselves on being very active in our community. The IceGators Coach, Players, GatorGirls, and Mascot are often requested to attend promotional events for non-profit organizations (501(C)(3)), schools, libraries, and hospitals, in order to better serve the Acadiana community. These events may vary from visiting children at schools, reading children's books at public libraries, or even passing out teddy bears at local children’s hospitals. Whatever the task, the IceGators are here to help.

Community Drives
Even when the IceGators are on the ice, they still try to find a way to help those in need in our community. At IceGators' home games, your IceGators partner with non-profit organizations, and host drives to collect items needed by these groups. Our 2012-2013 Season included toy drives for Toys for Tots, multiple food drives for various agencies, coat and household item drives for children's shelters, book drives for local libraries, and many more. If your non-profit organization would like to work with the IceGators at one of our upcoming games, please contact our office to talk about how we can help bring awareness to your organization!

Bullying Stops With Me
The Louisiana IceGators understand that bullying is a problem in today's world. That's why the IceGators have teamed up with Bullying Stops with Me and the Acadiana Open Channel to provide awareness that bullying is not right. If someone is being bullied, they should get help immediately. Bullying doesn't happen overnight, it develops over time. That's why the IceGators want you to standup with us and take the pledge, "Bullying Stops with Me"!

Donation Requests

The Louisiana IceGators are committed to making a difference in the community.  We support educational, non-profit, and charitable organizations that produce a positive change for individuals throughout Louisiana.  Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it is impossible to honor all of them. Therefore, in an effort to best utilize our resources, we are unable to make exceptions to the following guidelines.

Donation Requirements:
-A request must be received by the PR Department 4 weeks prior to the event.
-Only 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations located in Louisiana will be considered.

-Requests must be submitted on your organizations letterhead and include:       

            -Date of your event

                        -A description of the event

                        -How the donations will be used (live, silent auction or raffle)

                        -The event’s beneficiary         

            -What donation you are requesting

                        -A contact person’s information.

            -Requests are limited to one per year per organization.(Our calendar 6/1/12 -5/31/13)

-The IceGators are unable make donations to individuals or for profit organizations.

            -Third party request and monetary purposes will not be considered.

-Request must be emailed to icegators@icegators.com, faxed to 337-704-9032  or delivered to the office at 2448 Johnston Street, Suite A, Lafayette, LA 70506. Phone calls will not be considered.

Please note, if your organization meets the above criteria they are eligible, but not guaranteed, to receive one donation a year. If your request is approved you will be notified by an email or contacted by a member of our Public Relations Department.
